Mr Lau Kwong Choi demonstrated converting surplus food to a delicious dish at "Caring Chef".
"Food For Good" was honoured to invite Mr Lau Kwong Choi, Executive Director of Yat Palace Dining, to demonstrate cooking at "Caring Chef" on 19 December, 2017. Mr Lau prepared a delicious dish using meat from soup residue, which has often been forgotten and discarded by people, as the main ingredient. Through preparing meat rolls, Mr Lau converted surplus food to a delicious dish, spreading the message of cherishing food.
