"Food For Good" organized the third "Caring Chef" at "Plaza Hollywood".

"Food For Good" organized the third "Caring Chef" at "Plaza Hollywood" on 4 January, 2014. "Caring Chef" aims to promote an effective and sustainable food recycling system, so that recycling and cooking of surplus edible food are enabled, reducing food waste. Celebrities including Dr Hon Helena WONG Pik-wan, Dr Hon CHIANG Lai-wan, JP, Ir Dr Hon LO Wai-kwok, SBS, MH, JP, Dr Hon Elizabeth QUAT, JP and renowned chef Mr. Chung Chow prepared delicious dishes in the event. Mrs. Regina Leung Tong Ching-yee, Founder & Patron of Food For Good, tasted the dishes and gave marks. Awardees for several awards were selected. There were booths for showing exhibits and for charity sales. The exhibits included an environmentally-friendly generator, food waste processor, aquaponics system, etc. Supporting companies and organizations of the event included "The Vegetable Marketing Organization", "Carnival Restaurant Group", "China Resources Vanguard (Hong Kong) Company Limited", "Dai Pai Tong", etc. We would like to thank everybody for the support.
