“55th HKBPE” was held at Victoria Park in Causeway Bay from 11 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022. “Caring Chef” were held by Food For Good on four separate dates at the expo. We were grateful to have invited celebrities and renowned chefs to demonstrate how to prepare delicious dishes using leftover food. Our staff conducted food waste recycling, food waste was collected from exhibitors and put inside our food waste processor to convert to compost. The compost produced was distributed for free to the public for planting. Furthermore, we shared information about sustainable eating using our educational truck, and via interactive games. New Year gift bags were gifted to our visitors as well!
