“FFG” promoted green dining culture at “Gourmet Asia 2018”.
“Gourmet Asia 2018”, organized by “UBM Asia”, was held at Hall 1A–C, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 9 to 11 May, 2018. “Food For Good” promoted green dining culture during the exhibition. We also collected food waste from exhibitors and converted the waste to compost on-site. The compost produced was distributed for free to visitors for use in organic planting. We would like to thank the organizer, exhibitors, people managing the booths, volunteers and others for their support.
