"Food For Good" was honoured to invite Chef Chow Chung, Ms Jade Kwan Sum Yin, Dr Dennis Ng Wang Pun, Hon Jimmy Ng Wing Ka and Mr Simon Wong Ka Wo to be guests of "Caring Chef" on 25 December, 2017. Chef Chow Chung demonstrated the good use of ingredients by preparing a delicious dish using salmon bones and belly, which have often been discarded by people. Ms Jade Kwan Sum Yin performed singing during the event. The event was full of joy. Also through cooking at the event, Dr Dennis Ng Wang Pun, Hon Jimmy Ng Wing Ka and Mr Simon Wong Ka Wo spread the message of cherishing food.
