Mr Lau Kwong Choi , Executive Director of Yat Palace Dining, and Mr Ng Chung Ming, Executive Chief Chef of Star Seafood Restaurant (Group), attended "Caring Chef" on the centre stage, HKBPE at the Victoria Park on 29 December, 2016. They prepared delicious dishes using surplus food. Mr Lau prepared scrambled eggs with chopped fish. Mr Ng prepared pan-fried omelette with vegetables.
