Mr Lam Wing Chun, the Chief Executive Officer of Fu Tung Seafood Restaurant, and Mr Ho Chi Keung, Chairman of the Board, Choi Fook Wedding Banquet Group, attended "Caring Chef" on the centre stage, HKBPE at the Victoria Park on 27 December, 2016. They prepared delicious dishes using surplus food. Mr Lam prepared spare ribs stewed with white radish. Mr Ho prepared omelette with white radish skin.
