Food For Good Jockey Club Green Living Education Programme Food Waste Enzyme Workshop
Under “*Food For Good Jockey Club Green Living Education Programme*”, a food waste enzyme workshop which involved the use of food waste to prepare enzymes was held at “Food For Good Yau Tong Community Kitchen” on 4 December, 2017.
The preparation of enzymes from food waste was demonstrated during the event. The applications of the enzymes were also introduced. Participants were then able to experience the preparation process in person. Not only allowing people to experience the joy of enzyme making, the event also made good use of food waste, promoting the messages of cherishing good fortune and being environmentally friendly.
